Description

Cub is the smallest, lightweight PID personal detector for precise volatile organic compounds (VOC) monitoring with a sensitivity from 1ppb to 5000 ppm, the broadest in the market covering 480 compounds, including benzene. Its state-of-the-art Fence Electrode technology offers unmatched speed, accuracy, and humidity resistance. Alarms alert users when exposure exceeds set limits, with readings displayed on a backlit LCD.

The PID has proven superior performance, offers rapid response times, clear audio and visual alarms, and a long battery life. Cub comes in two versions, ppb or ppm, using a 10.6 eV lamp for versatile VOC detection. The intuitive device also facilitates easy calibration and upgrades, while adhering to ATEX and IECEx standards.

    How does the technical assistance service work to repair faulty or defective goods?  ...

    In the event of faulty or defective goods, you can take the following steps:

    1.    Download the RMA Form

    2.    Send the form by email to service@comastridistribution.com

    Comastri Distribution staff will take over your case, assess your specific situation and get back to you as soon as possible.

    Once you have received authorisation for sending from the personnel in charge, you can send the equipment. All shipping information will be forwarded by Comastri Distribution personnel.

    If the material is found to be under warranty, Comastri Distribution will take care of the necessary technical assistance.

    If the material is not under warranty, a quotation for service will be sent.

    We do not accept returns and/or claims unless agreed in advance with our sales department. You will have to send us an email to info@comastridistribution.com within 8 days of receipt of the goods, after which they will be considered accepted.

    Is it possible to send a business order with a reference number, under the same conditions, after purchasing from the ecommerce site? ...
